Our Team

Director of Operations
Kwesi Opoku, CPA (ON),CPA (IL)
Kwesi has significant experience in financial reporting and assurance services, having worked on audits, reviews, and financial compilations for a variety of clients. He has been actively involved in managing client relationships and providing detailed tax planning for cross border tax matters.
Kwesi holds a CPA designation in both Ontario and Illinois and is currently a Level III candidate for the CFA designation. He is enrolled in the In-Depth Tax Program and is pursuing a Master’s in International Tax Law and Policy through Texas A&M.

Business Manager
Vladimir Kishenko, MBA
Vladimir brings a mix of consulting, finance, and trading experience to Smalls & Company. He began his career at Deloitte and EY on transformation initiatives, then moved to BMO Global Asset Management, followed by nearly a decade in proprietary trading developing systematic strategies.
He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. At Smalls & Company, he focuses on business development, client relationships, operational coordination, and strengthening the firm’s brand and digital presence.
